| 摘 要： | 城市是一个国家发展水平的重要标志,而城市土地利用效益是衡量城市土地利用水平、反映城市发展状况的一项重要指标。该文总结了城市土地利用效益综合评价的意义,探讨了评价指标体系的构建,并建立了相应的评价模型,最后以武汉市为例,对其土地利用效益进行了评价。

| Abstract: | City is an important symbol to reflect the development of a country,while urban land use efficiency is an important index to measure how urban land is used and reflect the condition of urban development.This paper summarizes the significance of the evaluation on urban land use efficiency and discusses the construction of evaluation index and build relevant evaluation model.Finally this paper takes Wuhan city for example and evaluates its land use efficiency. |
