论高校双语教师队伍建设中的问题及对策

高校双语教学水平的提高离不开高水平的双语教师队伍。目前我国大部分高校在双语教师队伍建设方面仍存在许多不足。文章从教师数量和水平两个方面分析了现阶段高校双语教师队伍建设中存在的问题。针对这些问题，提出通过制定科学的评聘标准、建立完善的培训体系、加强引进特殊人才和稳定教师队伍等对策，全面推进双语教师队伍建设，推动高校双语教学的发展。
