| 摘 要： | 通过文献查阅与比较分析法,考察中国近10年基准地价评估的研究现状,为今后基准地价评估实践乃至相关技术规范的修订提供借鉴。研究发现,基准地价内涵不断发展;基准地价评估技术路线逐渐由＂从级定价＂向＂以价定级＂过渡;基准地价评估模型与方法愈加丰富;基准地价体系呈现城乡一体化发展趋势;GIS技术在基准地价评估中得到广泛应用。据此,提出基准地价评估相关技术规范应尽快修订完善。
