基于金融视角的我国农村消费支持体系构建

发展农村消费市场必须重视金融支持作用。当前，我国农村金融体系不完善，农村消费的金融缺失，表现为金融产品创新不足、政策不健全、金融服务质量不高等。应立足扩大内需，特别要把扩大农村消费需求摆在更加突出的位置，从完善农村金融网点、创新金融产品、加强农村金融生态环境建设、完善政策支持体系以及农村金融机构自身建设等方面，积极构建农村消费金融支持体系。
