供需均衡视角下的农村产业发展技术支撑体系建设研究——基于湖北省的调查

社会主义新农村建设的首要任务是发展现代农业，而现代农业的发展必须依靠农村产业技术支撑体系。探讨了构建湖北省农村产业发展技术支撑体系的重要意义及农村产业发展技术支撑体系的基本涵义，分析了湖北省318位农户的实证调查数据，以供需均衡的视角提出了农村产业发展技术支撑体系建设的对策：推进政府主导、社会多元化的农业科技投入机制；强化专业力量，优化农业科技推广方式；创新科技服务模式，加大农业科技基础建设；充分发挥科研机构的人才与科研优势，加大科技合作力度和丰富科技激励内容，健全科技激励机制。

A Study on the Technical Support System for the Development of Rural Industry from the Perspective of Demand and Supply Balance--Based on a Survey in HuBei Province

The primary objective of New Socialist Countryside Construction is to develop modern agriculture,which can not be realized without the building of technical support system for rural industry. This paper first explored the importance and basic meaning of technical support system for rural in- dustry in Hubei Province. Then, based on the empirical survey data of 318 farmers in Hubei Province,we analyzed the basic characteristics and the main problems of technical support system for rural industry in Hubei from the perspective of demand and supply balance. Relevant suggestions are provided as well.
