| 摘 要： | 通过对我国农业补贴政策的现状进行分析，指出了现行农业补贴政策体系存在资金投入不足、管理体制不合理、制度缺乏保障等亟待完善的地方，提出明确补贴目标、提高补贴标准、扩大补贴范围、完善补贴方法等措施，以健全农业补贴政策体系。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the status quo of China's agricultural subsidy policy,this paper points out that some problems still exist in the current system of agricultural subsidy policy which needs to improve,such as insufficient funding,unreasonable management system and lack of systematic protection.This paper also puts forward some countermeasures on how to clear the subsidy target,increase the subsidy criteria,broaden the scope of subsidy and perfect the method of subsidy. |
