论农业共生组织

共生组织是介于市场与农业企业之间的一种中间性的准市场组织，是由组织的效率内生性决定的。较之纯粹的市场交易，农业共生组织由于共生体共同的目标和共同的计划以及长期关系的多样性契约安排，使其有较低的交易成本；较之企业制度，参与准市场组织的各经济主体仍保留着全部的剩余索取权，因而内部组织成本较低。因此，农业产业共生组织作为一种制度安排，应成为中国农业产业组织的主要形式。培育农业共生组织，是提高农业产业组织化程度的有效途径。
