大城市郊区都市型现代农业发展定位与思考—以北京市通州区为例

文章结合北京市通州区都市型现代农业发展的现状，分析了都市型现代农业发展的优势，明确了都市型现代农业发展定位及思路。在实地调研的基础上，进一步提出都市型现代农业发展的产业重点及区域布局：一是建立服务首都的优质农产品加工体系，包括建立加工专用品种和原料示范基地、建设农产品深加工龙头企业；二是打造“运河文化游”观光休闲农业品牌，包括建设精品采摘型农业生态园、休闲度假型农业观光园、科普知识型农业观赏园、运河文化型知名旅游品牌。最后，提出推进通州区都市型现代农业发展的四点对策建议。

Development Orientation and Thinking on Metropolis Modern Agriculture—A Case Study of Tongzhou District of Beijing

Combined with the development of Metropolis Modern Agriculture （MMA） in Tong Zhou District, this paper analyzes the developmental advantages and makes clear the development orientation and thinking on MMA. Based on the on-the-spot investigation, this paper puts forward the key industries and regional distribution of MMA, the first one is to establish the high-quality farm product processing system for the National Capital Region （NCR）, including the establishment of demonstration bases of processing varieties and raw materials and the construction of agricultural products processing enterprises; the second one is to build the agricultural tourism brand of “Canal Culture Tour”, including the construction of agro-ecological park for “boutique picking”, agricultural tourism park for leisure, popular science-oriented agricultural park and well-known tourism brand of “Canal Culture Tour”. This paper finally puts forward four suggestions on MMA development in Tong Zhou District.
