航海院校研究生管理工作探讨

近年来航海院校研究生的教育发展迅速,研究生的招生规模日益扩大,航海院校也形成了多学科、多层次、多规格的研究生教育体系。面对新形势下航海院校研究生管理教育中出现的情况,结合航海院校研究生管理的特点,从基层研究生管理工作的实际出发,对研究生教育和管理工作中的问题进行了剖析,阐述了学院在研究生管理教育工作中的具体做法,对在新形势下如何有效的开展研究生的管理教育工作进行了有益的探讨。

Exploration on Graduate Adminstration of Navigational Institutes

With the fast development of the graduate education and the increasing enrollment enlargement of the graduates in the navigational institutes, many navigational institutes have developed a multi-discipline,multi-level and multi-standard graduate education system. On the basis of the current situations of the graduate education and administration in the navigational institutes, and combining the specific features of the basic graduate administration, this paper mainly analyses the exsiting problems in the graduate education system, states the specific working approaches which the institute has taken in the graduate education administration,and puts forward some effective suggestions on improving the future graduate administration.
