| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO,外商在我国的直接投资活动日益活跃,农业领域也逐渐成为一个投资热点。外商直接投资给我国农业的发展带来很大帮助的同时,也带来不少问题。在外商直接投资农业领域中,相关的投资范围问题乃是众多法律问题中的基础性问题。我国应在不违背入世承诺的前提下,坚持以合理利用外资和维护农业产业安全为目标,严格区分外商新建投资与并购投资,对外商在我国农业领域直接投资范围的立法进行完善。
