| 摘 要： | 目的:了解内蒙古大学生班级心理氛围现状,研究大学生班级心理氛围的影响因素。方法:采用自编"大学生班级心理氛围评价量表"对内蒙古自治区4所高校的707名学生施测。结果:内蒙古大学生班级心理氛围在总体感觉、班主任、班干部等多个方面存在性别、民族、年级方面的差异;不同专业间仅班主任氛围方面存在差异。结论:在优化大学生班级心理氛围时,应考虑到性别、民族、专业、年级等因素,有针对性地开展工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the status and influence factors of college students’ class phychological atmosphere in Inner Mongolia.Methods 707 college students from 4 universities of Inner Mongolia were investigated using "College Students’Class Psychological Atmosphere Evaluating Scale".Results There were gender,nationality and grade differences in the total atmosphere,headmaster atmosphere,cadres atmosphere,and so on.Only was there major difference in headmaster atmosphere.Conclusion These differences should be paid much attention to when the college students’ class phychological atmosphere is optimized. |
