| 摘 要： | 公众参与同幸福密切相关。它不仅是幸福的应有之义,也是实现幸福的前提和必由之路。我国公众参与的幸福感不强,根源于公众参与的制度缺失、意识淡薄、参与能力不足。提升公众参与幸福的路径包括推进个人幸福(权利)、加强制度建设、培育公民精神、提升参与能力。

| Abstract: | Public participation is closely related with the well-being.It is not only proper meaning of happiness is the premise and the only way to achieve happiness.Public Participation in thesense of happiness is not strong,rooted in the lack of public participation in the system,consciousness,lack of capacity to participate.Enhance public participation in the path ofhappiness,including promoting individual well-being(right),strengthen the system construction,cultivate civic spirit and enhance capacity to participate. |
