舍勒的现象学价值论与伦理相对主义

本文从舍勒的现象学价值论与形式主义伦理学的关系入手,分别从价值的存在方式、价值偏好以及价值的相对性批判和伦理变更的历史相对性等多重角度集中展示了其价值质性和级序的非相对主义性质,从中可以看出舍勒在这一问题上的客观主义和绝对主义立场,这是本文的第一个要点.接下来,为了进一步明确这一立场的内在含义和深层基础,本文又分别讨论了舍勒关于人的本质的特定解释和他对人格概念的现象学规定,以及他的人格主义主张,并从中引出了价值的个体主义原则,这是本文的第二个要点.最后,结合相关理论,以对个体主义和伦理相对主义的评价结束全文.
