| 摘 要： | "形势与政策"教育课,是帮助大学生正确认识党和国家方针、政策,使他们自觉地在思想上和行动上与党中央保持一致的重要课程.它对大学生人生观和世界观的形成具有十分重要的作用.但是,现行该课教学却存在许多不尽人意的地方,教学效果也亟待得到进一步提高.成立该课理论学习小组却是提高教学效果的一举多得的好方法.学校各级领导应高度重视该课在育人工作中的重要作用,带头参加该课教学活动、主动承担教学任务,并制定出向该课教师倾斜的优惠政策,同时还要加强学校网络建设与管理,形成齐抓共管的局面. 使该课育人工作的作用得到更加充分发挥.
