| 摘 要： | 新时期教师职业道德是随着社会主义市场经济的形成和社会教育制度的完善而形成的一种崭新的职业道德。研究和探索新时期高校教师职业道德建设的特点和功能的理论和实践,对于建立高素质高校教师队伍,发挥教师的社会作用,不断开拓进取,培育对社会有益的新一代,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
