| 摘 要： | 依法治国是我国面向 2 1世纪的基本治国方略 ,而公民法律意识作为其重要的内在驱动力量 ,成为促进依法治国进程的关键。当前 ,我国公民法律意识表现为 :传统观念与现代意识交织 ;积极态度与消极心理并存 ;法律权利意识弱于法律实用意识 ;法律意识层次有待提高。而商品经济不发达 ,特殊的历史原因 ,文化传统的影响和法律生活的失调是造成上述现状的原因。

| Abstract: | Administing state by law is basic methods that rule our country facing the 2 lst century. The citizen law consciousncss is important internal energy and the key that administrating state process. At present,our citizen law consciousness show:combination of traditconal conception and modern consciousness, coexist of positive and negative psychology, law right conscousness weaker than law practical using, The Citizen law consciousness need to be improved. The reason is that commodity economy is backward, specal historical reasons, effect of culture of traditon and law life unbalance. |
