| 摘 要： | 社会规律是主体运动的规律,它不同于自然规律.自然规律是自在的规律,而历史规律是自为的规律.与此相关,自然客观性是一种自在客观性,而历史的客观性是一种自为的客观性.这是一种新的"社会规律观".

| Abstract: | Social law is the law that embodies the movement of subject,which is different from natural law.For natural law is the kind of existent law,but historical law is the kind of active one.Correspondingly,the objectivity of nature is existent,and the objectivity of history is active.That is the new viewpoint on social law. |
