| 摘 要： | 作者采用大量翔实的素材,对我国价格听证制度实施中昭示的制度缺陷进行了深入的剖析,通过考察欧美国家听证制度的构建基础和存在价值,提出了以增强操作的透明度和程序的公正性为重心的完善我国价格听证制度的若干有参考价值的建议。

| Abstract: | The author deeply analysed the system defect in the implementation of hearing of price in our country with full and accurate material. After reviewing the foundation and value of hearing of price in accident, the penster gave us some advice that we should focus on strengthening the transparency of manipulation and the impartiality of procedure on perfecting the system of hearing of price in our country. |
