| 摘 要： | 社会正义是20世纪70年代以来西方政治哲学讨论的核心问题，也是当代西方民主政治的一个 核心观念。社会正义的实质就是分配正义。社会正义的需要、应得与平等三原则分别指向生存权、发展权和 公民权，将这三大原则结合运用，公民可以对社会基本制度进行评价。

| Abstract: | Social Justice is the key question in the discussion of the Western Political Philosophy since 1970s, and it is also a key concept of contemporary Western democratic politics.The essence of Social Justice is distribu- tion justice.The three Principles of Social Justice including demand,deserve and equality direct separately to right of living,right of development and citizen right.Combining the three principles into practice,citizens can appraise the basic system of society. |
