| 摘 要： | 以人为本的科学发展观是人类对自我认识的一次重大提升,与近现代西方人本主义所理解的抽象的人不同,以人为本的"人"是现实的人、具体的人,是类、群体、个体三重存在统一的人,只有正确理解以人为本中的"人",才能真正贯彻落实以人为本的原则。

| Abstract: | The scientific development concept to take people as the foremost is a great promotion of human beings'ego cognition.Different from the abstract people in the western humanism,"the people"in the concept to take people as the foremost refers to the realistic people,the concrete people is the united people on the three layers of the type,the colony and the individual.Correctly understanding the people in the concept to take people as the fore-most,the principle to take people as the foremost can be virtually implemented. |
