| 摘 要： | 作为美国政治体系中继立法、行政、司法及媒体之后的第五种权力,美国的思想库一直在政府内政外交决策中发挥着重要影响。本文从历史视角分析了美国思想库在对华决策中的角色及其不同流派的对华政策立场,在此基础上进一步探讨了开展对美国思想库的公共外交对于发展中美关系的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Known as "the fifth power" ranking after legislative,administrative and judicial powers as well as the media,American think tanks have always played an important role in the making of American domestic and foreign policy.The essay has an analysis from the historical perspective of the role American think tanks played in the making of US China policy and the political stands of various American think tanks.The essay further discusses the importance of conducting public diplomacy towards American think tanks and its implications for developing Sino-US relations. |
