民族文化交融中的人际适应研究——以青海高原文化圈中的大学生为例

在以儒家文化、佛教文化和伊斯兰文化并存与交融的青海高原文化圈中,大学生人际适应的难度加大,部分大学生人际关系存在一定程度的困扰;汉族大学生与青海五个世居少数民族大学生人际关系适应能力存在显著性差异;不同民族文化、地域文化、民族心理特质、民族历史上的交流和冲突是影响大学生人际适应的主要原因。

A Study on the College Students Interpersonal Adaptation of the Qinghai Plateau's Culture and its Association with Diverse Nationality Civilization

Interpersonal adaptation of the Collage Student's has considerably difficulties in the Qinghai plateau's culture that there are the Confucian school's culture,Buddhism culture and Islam culture.Significant differences were founded both on Zang,Hui,Menggu,Tu,Sala and Han nationalities.From what the study founded,it could easily to see that the national culture,the region culture,the national psychology,the national history's exchange and conflict are the major factors on affecting one's interpersonal adaptation.
