摘    要:近年来,青海省义务教育得到了长足发展,教育质量明显提高。但是,地域间的差距仍然十分明显。因此,如何实现藏区义务教育的均衡发展,已成为我省今后义务教育发展的重点和难点。文章分析了当前我省藏区义务教育的现状和发展中存在的主要问题、困难,并就实现藏区义务教育均衡发展提出了具体设想。

Abstract:In recent years,the level and quality of compulsory education in Qinghai Province has improved noticeably.However,in Tibetan area,the development of compulsory education has an increasingly obvious gap comparing with the overall level in the whole province,the cities and the well-developed eastern agricultural areas.Thus,how to accelerate the development of compulsory education in the Tibetan nationality area in the next few years has become the emphasis and difficult points.This dissertation analyses the current situation,the main problems,and the difficulties existing in the compulsory education development in the Tibetan nationality area,and in addition,a few ideas of achieving a balanced development of compulsory education in the Tibetan nationality area are contributed in the paper as well.
