| Abstract: | To construct the socialist harmonious society and t o strengthen the basic culture in agricultural and pastoral area are inseparable whole.They are also the inner requirement of the comprehensive construction of w ell-off society.Agricultural and pastoral area culture which can satisfy the increasing need of the masses＇ spiritual want not only riches the life of their spare time but also implement the scientific development perspective,boost the basic cultural construction in agricultural and pastoral area in our province, accelerate the socialist new countryside construction,fulfill the harmonious development in Qinghai economic society. |
