| 摘 要： | 我国目前尚无一部统一的物权法 ,现行法律甚至没有使用“物权”一词。这种现状直接制约了我国经济的发展 ,影响到改革开放事业的深入进行和社会主义市场经济的发育与完善。因此 ,如何构建我国的他物权制度 ,是我国制订统一物权法必须面对和解决的重大问题。

| Abstract: | The law of material right is not united in China at present,There isn't even used a term"the material right"in the modern laws.This present situation directly restrains Chinese economic development and makes some impacts on thorough development of market economy of socialism.Faced with contradiction between the ever-spiralling social substantial resources and ever-growing demands of resources,how to construct the system of the other material right is an important question faced and solved in the course of formulating the united law of the material right. |
