| Abstract: | On the footing of investigating the mutual relation between the ecological environment of Qing - Zang highland and social development from the comprehensive angles of climate, geology and living things, this article put forward the principle, thinking and countermeasure of carrying out the strategy of sustained development according to the characteristics of highland' s ecological environment and Tibetan areas. It is held by the author that social development of highland is predicated on the protection and construction of ecological environment. |
