| Abstract: | It＇s the value judgments of the criminal law by the concept of harmony to explain the harmony of the Criminal Code.The article holds that the concept of people-oriented should be the value of harmonious criminal law and it＇s the requirements to create criminal law of protection of human rights in a harmonious society. We should pay attention to the overall harmony of criminal law and some problems. |
