| 摘 要： | 民族区域自治制度是中国共产党运用马克思列宁主义解决我国民族问题的基本政策,也是我国社会主义民主政治建设的伟大实践,其极大地保障和促进了民族地区的发展。本文以法制统一性为视角,着重解析了民族区域自治制度与法制统一性之间的关系,以期在厘清诸多问题的基础上,对民族区域自治制度建设有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Ethnic regional autonomy system is the basic policy that Communist Party of China is solve ethnic problems in China with the application of Marxist-Leninist.It is also a great practice of socialist democracy.It＇s a great safeguard and promotion to the development of minority areas.In the process of modernization in the legal system,how to make this system play a greater role should be today＇s important issues and worthy of continued attention.Under the perspective of unification of legal system,focusing on analysis of the relationship between ethnic regional autonomy system and unification of legal system,the author clarified many issues and hope it will benefit construction of ethnic regional autonomy system. |
