| 摘 要： | 教育是现代文明的基础 ,是百年大计。在实施西部大开发 ,青海大发展 ,全面建设小康社会的伟大事业中 ,教育具有先导性和全局性作用 ,必须摆在优先发展的战略地位。本文从青海教育发展状况及特点、青海教育形势分析以及如何加快青海教育发展等三个方面 ,展开了深刻论述。
