| 摘 要： | 新形势下,大学生社会化已显得尤为迫切和需要,勤工助学则以其固有的特性在知识结构、工作能力、社会角色、人格形成等方面影响着大学生社会化。高校应正确认识勤工助学影响大学生社会化的特性,加强研究探讨,构建工作体系,注重全程管理,拓展工作渠道,为大学生在勤工助学中社会化做好管理服务工作。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the socialization of college students is becoming increasingly necessary.The work-study program helps promote the socialization process in that it enhances the students' structure of knowledge,working ability,social roles and personalities.The school authorities should attach great importance to the work and make efforts to promote the socialization process by furthering researches,expanding work scope and implementing through management. |
