| 摘 要： | 在过去的 10年中 ,国际直接投资增长的大部分是通过跨国并购而不是通过新建直接投资实现的 .我们可以清楚地看到 ,跨国并购正以一种增长性的姿态呈现在我们面前 .与新建直接投资相比 ,跨国并购为何发展如此迅速 ,学术界观点不一 .文章从信息经济学的角度 ,利用一个信息不对称的模型对跨国并购的迅速发展做了详细的分析 .

We can see that Transnational Purchase takes on a rising trend. How can Transnational Purchase develop so fast? Scholars have different views.
