| 摘 要： | 中国最大的淡水珍珠市场－诸暨珍珠市场经过广大经营户艰苦创业和地方政府竭力扶持已具有人才、信息、技术等优势，但同时存在品牌、形象滞后、产业化程度不高，产品创新不足等问题。所以应尽快建立淡水珍珠的行业标准，加快对微观经营主体的改造，培养创新能力与核心能力，改变传统营销模式。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of functions and values in historical and cultural heritage. It has connections and differences between its functions and values. The functions decide the values.The values vary as the functions are further realized.If certain function is too much emphasized,the whole values will be damaged.Only when the diversified functions are brought into play can the values be fully embodied. |
