对技术乐观主义和悲观主义的思考

从系统论的角度来看 ,人类社会是一个由诸多相互作用、相互影响的要素构成的复杂系统 ,任何问题的出现 ,都不是单一要素所能独立完成的。技术乐观主义和悲观主义都把技术作为社会发展的惟一决定性力量 ,淡化了或忽视了其他深层社会因素对技术发展的影响。我们应该从技术的主体 ,人与自然的关系 ,人类社会的需求和目的等方面来综合把握技术与人类社会发展关系的问题

Thoughts on Optimism and Pessimism for Technology

From the view of systematology, human society is a complex system composed of many factors which are mutually functioned and influenced. So the occurrence of any social problem cannot attribute to a single factor. However, those who hold the view of optimism and pessimism for technology mistake technology for the only decisive force which promotes social development, minimize or neglect other deep social factors which influence the development of technology. The author argues that we should fully understand the relationship between technology and social development from the following aspects: the subject of technology, the relationship between human being and nature, the needs and purpose of human society.
