| Abstract: | The paper analyses Shaoxing' s talent resource and its competitive power. Based on the science of talent and the influence of China's entry into WT the authors put forward some measures to promote Shaoxing's talent competitive power, including the development of talent resource and the ways to cope with the competition with talents at home and abroad. |
