| Abstract: | A teacher's teaching ability is the key to teaching quality. The findings of the studies of teachers' teaching abilities are reviewed in this article. It consists of four parts: (1) character of teaching abilities; (2)structure of teaching abilities; (3)influence of teaching abilities on teaching; and (4)training of teaching abilities. |
