社会弊病及人性的割裂——当代青少年犯罪问题的根源探析

当代青少年犯罪问题成为困扰社会和阻碍社会发展的重大问题。尽管导致青少年犯罪的因素很多,然而青少年犯罪的根源总归在于社会本身。正是社会弊病导致人性的割裂,使一部分人走上犯罪道路。当代人私欲的扩张削弱了人的理性、强化了非理性;道德的沦丧使人弃善择恶;社会的压制则令个人反抗社会。而青少年的身心特点使他们中的一部分易于成为社会弊病的受害者,割裂人性;他们因而又转化为社会的侵害者,实施犯罪。

Social Malady and Isolation of Human Nature——Original Analysis on the Problem of Adolescent's Committing Crime

Today,the problem of adolescent's committing crime has been a serious problem which obsesses the society and hinders social development.Although there are many factors which causes the adolescent commit crime,adolescent's committing crime is originated from the society itself.In my opinion,the social malady which leads to isolation of human nature makes some adolescent commit crime.The expansion of human selfish desire weakens human rationality and strengthens human irrationality.Therefore,moral decay makes people conduct evils rather than goodness,the social principles make people rebel against the society itself.The feature of adolescent's body and mind make some of them become the sufferers of social maladies.Social maladies isolates normal human feeling nature, which makes them commit crime and become the invaders of society.
