| Abstract: | s: Deng Xiaoping Theory contains rich strategic thinking of strengthening China through talent, which is mainly revealed in respecting talent, training talent, selecting talent, using talent and so on. Respecting talent is the prerequisite to strengthening China through talent, training talent is the foundation of strengthening China through talent, selecting talent is the crux of strengthening China through talent, and using talent is the embodiment of strengthening China through talent. The four of the above supplement each other, go hand in hand with each other, and they make up an organic whole of Deng Xiaoping's strategic thinking of strengthening China through talent. |
