一些地方高校长期以来存在着人才引进的困境,越是需要引进人才的学校却越难得到人才,地方高校如何解决这个问题,以及人才引进后,如何留用管理一直是高校人力资源探讨的焦点。本文据此从高校所处困境出发,结合人才引进机制探讨了地方高校如何引进与管理人才,以期对地方高校人力资源管理有所帮助。

Personnel Indraught and Personnel Management at Local Colleges and Universities

Some local colleges and universities have been facing the difficulty of personnel indraught.The more urgent the personnel indraught is,the more difficult it is.How to deal with the problem and how to manage the personnel have always been a strong concern of human resources department at university.This paper starts from the difficulty facing universities,and discusses the method to attract and manage personnel,in an attempt to offer some help to the personnel management at universities.
