| 摘 要： | 分析了企业供应链管理的各种形态、特点及其发展过程 ,阐述了在电子商务环境下 ,基于电子商务的企业供应链管理与企业核心竞争力的关系 ,说明了基于扩展供应链的协同商务和集成化的企业供应链管理对我国企业在未来的国际竞争中的重要作用 ,指出了借助于电子商务和协同商务模式 ,将给现代企业的发展带来新的机会

| Abstract: | In this paper the author analyzed all sorts of patterns and characteristics and the process of development of enterprise supply chain management, and illustrated the relation between enterprise supply chain management based on E business and enterprise core competence in E business condition, and showed the important role of the future international competition of C business based on extended supply chain and integrated enterprise supply chain management, and pointed out the fact that by virtue of E-business and C business, SCM will give the modern enterprises a new opportunity of development. |
