对我国网络银行监管问题的研究

网络银行的出现,直接冲击着传统银行的运作方式和经营理念,对传统金融业的发展和金融监管提出了新的挑战。在分析我国网络银行监管的现状与存在问题的基础上,提出了建立健全我国网络银行监管的法律法规、完善对网络银行市场准入和退出的管理、加强对网络银行日常经营业务和活动的监管、重视网络银行监管的国际合作与协调、推进网络银行的信息披露制度建设等完善我国网络银行监管的对策及建议。

A Study on the Supervision over Internet Banks in China

The emergence of Internet bank is directly pounding at the way of operation and the idea of management in China's traditional bank,and has brought about a new challenge for banking development and financial supervision.On the basis of analyzing the actual state and the problem of supervision over Internet banks in China,the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestion on how to improve the supervision over China's Internet banks: to perfect supervision rules and regulations,to improve the management on the market access and withdrawal,to strengthen the supervision over Internet banks' daily operations and activities,to attach importance to international supervision cooperation and coordination,etc.
