关联-顺应视野下的汉英公示语翻译

汉英公示语在对外交流和经济发展中起着重要作用。然而，目前我国公示语翻译存在不少问题，如表达不当、语义含糊、可读性差、译名混乱、误译等。关联论和顺应论为规范汉英公示语翻译提供了理论依据。译者必须根据原文作者提供的种种明示，理解原文作者的信息意图和交际意图，并在翻译过程中顺应各种语境因素，选择最简洁、贴切的译文，最大程度地减少读者理解译文时所付出的心力，以取得最大的语境效果，顺利传递公示语原文作者的交际意图，实现成功交际。

Translation of Public Signs Based on the Relevance Theory and the Linguistic Adaptation Theory

Public signs play a very important role in foreign communication and economic development. However, many prob- lems were found in the translation of public signs. To improve the work of translation of public signs, according to the relevance theory and linguistic adaptation theory, translators should get the meaning of public signs by inferring the meaning of the stimulus offered by the writers, and they should also adapt their choices of translation to their communication context. Besides, in order to aehieve communicative goals, they should reduce the readers＇ efforts in understanding public signs of another language by provicling the most appropriate, brief translation and the most relevant contextual assumptions.
