对“红色资源”概念界定的思考

对＂红色资源＂概念的界定,目前学术界众说纷纭,莫衷一是。其实对＂红色资源＂概念的界定,应以红色资源产生、发展与形成的特定历史时期为前提;以红色资源产生、发展与形成的两个基本条件为主要依据。应尊重广大民众习俗与心理需求,科学区分和正确处理红色资源＂源＂与＂流＂的辩证关系。只有这样,＂红色资源＂概念界定才能客观反映当时的历史事实,体现其固有的历史价值与现实教育价值。

Speculation on the Definitions of "Red Resources"

There are so far many academic definitions about ＂ed resources＂.This paper argues that ＂red resources＂ should be defined on basis of the historical time when red sources originated,developed and formed,which is precondition for definition;on the mental and physical conditions for the resources origin,development and formation,which is the key for definition;on mass people＇s customs and psychological needs;and on rational distinction between the ＂origin＂ and ＂streams＂.Only in this way,can the definition have accurate reflections on historical facts and representation the inherent historical and educational values of red resources.
