| Abstract: | The local undergraduate university is a major component of undergraduate university in China, and also the main force to strengthen the nation power with higher education. We should first study its positioning problem in order to construct powerful local undergraduate university. In general, the local undergraduate university should target at cultivating the application-oriented talents. |
