摘    要:由于不同国家文化的差异性,外派人员在东道国的适应性一直成为困扰海外扩张的难题。对国外相对成熟的跨文化适应研究进行梳理和评析,可以发现,既有的研究均源自发达国家的样本,其相对一致的研究结论并不完全适合于不同的文化情境。如果要进一步研究中国企业的外派人员跨文化适应问题,还需要从具体文化情境入手,研究视角和研究方法应该有所变化。

Abstract:Thanks to the cultural differences between nations, foreign dispatched employees" adaptability to the host nation culture remains a problem to the multinational companies. This paper is a survey and review of the intercultural adaptability studies in other countries. It is argued that the existing studies are based on the samples from developed countries, so the conclusions achieved therefrom is not entirely applicable to other cultural contexts. For further studies of intercultural adaptation of Chinese companies" foreign dispatched employees, it is necessary to proceed on basis of concrete cultural contexts and in somewhat different perspective and methods.
