| 摘 要： | 高校理论型学生社团是培养青年马克思主义者（以下简称＂青马者＂）组织形式上的重要载体。在运用深度访谈法对20名理论型学生社团干部进行访谈的基础上,分析出当今高校理论型学生社团在培养青年马克思主义者过程中的利弊得失。通过扩大青年马克思主义者培养的覆盖面、完善社团的管理体系以及与青年文化建设紧密结合的路径发挥当今理论型学生社团对青马者培养的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Theory-oriented university student society(TSS) is an important carrier for training young Marxists(YM).Based on in-depth interviews on 20 functionaries of theory-based student societies,this paper analyzes the benefits and disadvantages of TSS in YM training.It is argued to take good play of TSS’ roles in YM training through broadened YM training coverage,improved management of the societies and an approach that tightly combines the societies and youngster culture development. |
