| 摘 要： | 欧盟东扩实际上是西欧或核心欧洲抓住冷战结束的有利时机,在欧洲乃至欧亚大陆谋求最大安全利益的战略举措：对内制约德国,实现周边安全;对外挤压俄罗斯、制衡美国,以实现欧洲大陆的和平与稳定。

| Abstract: | The EU＇s eastward expansion is actually a strategic initiative of Western Europe,or core Europe,to maximize its security interests in Europe and even the Eurasia at the favorable opportunity of end of cold war.Internally it constrains Germany to realize security in neighborhood;externally it presses Russia and counterbalances the US to realize security in Eurasia. |
