论适应现代农业发展的农业高校人才培养

农业现代化是一个在传统农业中注入现代生产要素的过程。中国农业在向现代农业转变中引入现代要素的多少、引入效率的高低，主要取决于涉农教育机构能否培养适应现代农业发展所需要的各类人才。为发展中国特色现代农业，强化农业国际竞争力，我国农业高校必须正确定位人才培养目标。文章从现代农业发展对人才教育的要求出发，重新审视我国涉农教育存在的问题，提出适应现代农业发展的人才培养举措。

On the Personnel Training of Higher Agricultural Institutions Adapted to the Environment of Modern Agricultural Development

Agricultural modernization is a process of infusing advanced inputs into traditional agriculture. What kind of advanced inputs can be introduced to agriculture and the efficiency of infusion depends, to a large extent,on the fact that whether the agricultural universities/colleges can provide qualified personnel tailored to modem agricultural development or not. To develop modem agriculture with Chinese characteristics and to sharpen the competitiveness edge of agriculture, China＇ s agricultural universities must reorient their targets of personnel-training. This paper starts from the demand for agricultural talents training; scrutinizes the issues of China＇ s agricultural education, and puts forward the measures adapted to modem agricultural development.
