改革开放以来广东农业经营体制改革的历程

从20世纪70年代末开始,广东秉承敢为人先传统,厉行调查研究,创立“五定一奖”生产责任制,开启了中国农业经营体制改革的实验。同时,广东农民冲破制度禁区,率先试验包产到户;搁置争论,尊重群众意愿,推行家庭联产承包责任制,推动农村的巨大变革。随着改革的发展,求真务实,扬长避短,创建有广东特色的家庭经营与合作经济同步发展的双层经营体制。随后顺应现代经济潮流,与时俱进,率先推行适度规模经营和股份合作制,不断开拓农业体制创新之路。

Progress in the System Reformation of Guangdong Agricultural Management since Reform and Openness

Since the end of 1970s, the tradition of being the firsthas been carried on in Guangdong Province, where scholars were courageous enough to investigate and research, and founded the productive obligation system of "5 Fixes and 1 Prize", opening up the experiment of system reformation in agricultural management in China. Meanwhile, farmers in Guangdong broke through the forbidden zone, making productive contracts in every household with the government, who laid aside the dispute, respected the will of the people, and established the contract responsibility system based on the household with remuneration linked to output, pushing forward the great reform movement in the countryside. With the development of reform, the double management system has been created of household management and cooperating economy characteristic of Guangdong, where it becomes a fashion seeking truth with practicability and exploiting to the fully one's favorable conditions and avoiding unfavorable ones. Adapting themselves to the modern economic trend, people in Guangdong, advancing with the time, are the first to popularize moderate sized management and shareholding cooperative system, exploiting incessantly new ways for agricultural system creation.
