公司和农户间契约的自我实施：基于关系性产权视角的分析

产权的界定是契约的基本内容，契约效率体现为对产权的界定是否合理。经典的产权理论和契约理论对组织的形态和交易的边界进行了解释。通过对经典产权理论的全面回顾，对公司和农户契约关系的效率基础——产权属性的界定及其对自我实施契约的影响进行了详细分析。得到的基本结论是，公司和农户契约的效率基础是产权属性界定的合理程度及其契约的可自我实施程度。

The Self-Enforcing of Contract between Corporation and Peasant Household

The discerption on property fights is the basic contents of contracts, and efficiency of contracts manifests if the discerption on property rights is reasonable. Classical property rights theory and contract theory explain the forms of organization and boundary of exchanges. After comprehensive review on the classical property rights theory, this paper particularly analyses efficiency basis on contractual relationship between corporations and peasant households-the discerption on property rights attributes and the influence on self-enforcing contracts. Its conclusion is, the efficiency basis on contract between corporation and peasant household is the importance of discerption on property rights attributes and the degree of contractual self-enforcing. We used the questionnaire approach to investigate farmers willingness of participation in pension and analysed the findings by the method of logistic multiple regression model. The analysis showed that the farmers had a higher willingness to participate rural pension system, the main influening factors of rural pension system were incoming, the extent of understandeing, financing mechanisms and operating model.
