基于参数可调均值迁移滤波实现筒子纱的识别检测

使用2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据和结构方程模型，从公共健康保障和收入相对剥夺双重视角考察农村流动劳动力健康影响因素。研究发现：公共健康保障对农村流动劳动力健康具有显著性影响，参加医保、接受公共健康教育改善了农村流动劳动力的自评健康状况且降低了患慢性病风险，但就近医疗服务机构距离越远，农村流动劳动力健康则越差。收入相对剥夺对农村流动劳动力健康产生了不利影响，即横向收入相对剥夺和纵向收入相对剥夺程度越严重，农村流动劳动力健康水平越低。分群组检验结果表明，不同流动距离下农村流动劳动力健康影响因素存在异质性。政府应从完善公共健康保障政策、提高医疗服务可及性，缓解收入相对剥夺等多个方面提升农村流动劳动力健康水平。

Influencing Factors of Health Status among Rural Migrant Workers

Based on the China Migrants Dynamic Survey (CMDS 2017) and structural equation model, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of health status among rural migrant workers from the dual perspectives of public health security and relative income deprivation. The research indicates that public health security has a positive effect on the health status of rural migrant workers. Universal medical insurance system and public medical education may improve the self-rated health and decrease the risk of chronic diseases; however, the farther away from the nearest medical service institutions, the worse the health status for migrant workers. Moreover, relative income deprivation has an adverse effect on health status among rural migrant workers; the deeper the horizontal and vertical relative deprivation in income, the worse the health status. The results of multi-group SEM show that there is heterogeneity in the factors affecting the health status of rural migrant workers under different migration distances. Therefore, the government should improve the public health security system and the accessibility to public health services and alleviate relative income deprivation to improve the health status of rural migrant workers.
